Chocolate Chip Bliss Ball Mix: Blanched almonds (55%), dark chocolate chips (cacao, organic coconut sap sugar, cocoa butter), coconut flour, organic coconut sugar.

Rich Chocolate Baking Mix: Rice flour, organic coconut sugar, dark chocolate chips (cacao, organic coconut sap sugar, cocoa butter), organic cacao powder (6%),  gluten free baking powder, guar gum.

MAKE AT HOME

Rich Chocolate Baking Mix

• You’ll need 2 eggs (or egg substitute), 1/3C coconut oil, 3/4C milk (we like almond milk)
• Feel free to substitute the oil and milk for what-ever varieties you prefer
• Makes 1 x 18cm cake or approximately 12 muffins
• Net 350 grams
• Store packet in a cool dry place
• Once baked, store in an air tight container for up to two days on bench, or in fridge, or freeze.

Chocolate Chip Bliss Ball Mix

• You’ll need 3T coconut oil and 3 T rice malt syrup (or sweetener of your choice)*
• Makes approximately 15 serves depending on ball size
• Store packet in a cool dry place
• Once assembled, store in fridge for up to 10 days or freezer for up to two months.
• *If you would like to try an alternative wet mix, substitute almond butter and honey.
