Chocolate & Berry Fudge Cake

1 x Clean Mixes Rich Chocolate Baking Mix

1/3C coconut oil

1/2C coconut cream

1/4C almond/coconut milk

1/2C chopped dark chocolate

1/2C frozen berries

Chocolate Ganache:

3/4C dark chocolate

1/2C coconut cream

RECIPE:

1. Follow the instructions as directed on the Rich Chocolate Baking Mix packet, but rather than following the wet ingredient suggestions on the back; add 1/3C coconut oil, 1/2 cup coconut cream and 1/4 cup almond/coconut milk! Also add in 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate and 1/2 cup frozen berries.
2. Once the cake has been cooked, let it cool and remove from the cake tin.
3. Choc ganache - melt 3/4 cup dark choc over a stove top and once all melted add 1/2 cup coconut cream. Pour over the cake and sprinkle some more dark choc, almonds, sunflower seeds and freeze dried raspberries on top!
