Strawberry Cheesecake Choccie Bars

A cheesecake choccie bar! Wow, no way! This will truly satisfy the sweet tooth without the nasty sugars. For this recipe you will be using our Superfood Beauty Blend Hemp Protein Clean Treat Mix


  • 1 x Superfood Beauty Blend Hemp Protein Clean Treat Mix
  • 3 TBSP coconut oil
  • 3 TBSP rice syrup
  • 1/2C cashews soaked overnight
  • 1C coconut cream
  • 2 TBSP maple syrup
  • 2 TBSP coconut oil
  • 1/2 TBSP vanilla
  • 1C Frozen strawberries
  • Vegan chocolate or chocolate of choice


    Make the Superfood Beauty Blend Hemp Protein mix as per the back of the packet by adding melted coconut oil and rice syrup. Press into a lined tray to create your base. Pop into the freezer

    Cheesecake layer
    Blend 1/2 cup cashews, soaked overnight, with 1 cup coconut cream (the thick part on top), 2 tbsp pure maple syrup, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1/2 tbsp vanilla. Blend all until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides of your blender if necessary.

    Take out a few big spoonfuls of the mixture and set aside. Add in 1 cup frozen strawberries and blend with the other 3/4 mixture until smooth. Add in a small handful of chopped frozen strawberry pieces and stir through (don't blend).

    Pour the strawberry mixture over your base and swirl through drops of the white vanilla mix you set aside using a skewer. 

    Gently shake tray to flatten/ smooth and place it in the freezer overnight,or at least a few hours.

    Once set, slice into bars, melt down vegan dark chocolate and coat your bars, pop straight back in the freezer until set and ready to enjoy!! 💛✨
