Caramel Filled Salted Caramel Balls

if you love all things caramel, then this recipe, with it's double dose of caramel, will be deeply satisfying.  Gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free, it ticks all the boxes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 x Clean Mixes Salted Caramel Bliss Ball Mix
  • 2 T Rice Syrup
  • 2 T Melted Coconut Oil
  • Caramel: 1C Dates (soaked), 1 TBSP coconut oil, 1 TBSP maple (optional), pinch sea salt.

Recipe:

  1. Make the Clean Mixes Salted Caramel Bliss Ball Mix as directed on the pack.
  2. Pop the mix in the fridge to cool for a few minutes before the next part
  3. Shape into flat patties
  4. Make the caramel by adding all ingredients to a blender and blending until smooth.
  5. Place a small teaspoon into the patties of the Salted Caramel Mix and then shape into balls.

It's as easy as that!
