- 1 x Pack Clean Mixes Cacao Crunch
- 3 T Coconut Oil
- 3 T Pure Maple Syrup
- 3/4 cup canned coconut milk (the thick part)
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
- 2 T cocoa (can switch protein for all cocoa)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 T pure maple syrup
The how to!
Make your base by mixing melted coconut oil and maple syrup with your Cacao Crunch mix. Press into a lined tin and pop into the freezer.
Mix the coconut milk with your chocolate protein powder and cocoa until smooth. Add in vanilla, salt and maple syrup and stir. Pour over the base and give the tin a shake to smooth it out. Pop in the freezer to set again. Once set, drizzle with melted vegan chocolate and flaky sea salt, put back in the freezer until the chocolate is set and ENJOY!
Keep in the freezer for a more solid slice, or my personal favourite in the fridge for a super fudgy slice.
