Raw Choc Raspberry Slice
We love this recipe because it's super simple to make and full of delicious berry flavours. It's also gluten-free, dairy-free and very low in sugar (+ refined sugar-free). This is a gorgeous snack with all the benefits. Recipe is by the super talented @tasty.twinsss
- Base - make the Clean Mixes Choc Raspberry Bliss Ball Mix as directed on the package and pat into the bottom of a lined baking tin.
- Raspberry layer - in a blender, combine 1/2 cup soaked cashews, 3/4 cup strawberries or raspberries, 1/2 cup coconut cream, 2 tbsp maple syrup/honey/rice malt syrup and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Blend until smooth and pour on top of the base. Set in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
- Choc layer - melt 1/2 block dark chocolate and combine with 1/2 a can coconut cream. Pour on top of the berry layer and set in the freezer for a further 1-2 hours.
