This dairy-free coconut ice cream is insanely good and easy to make. You can use what ever toppings you like, or enjoy without toppings. Happy mixing!! Makes 4 serves.
1 packet Clean Mixes Salted Caramel Bliss Ball Mix
1 x can coconut cream
Silicone ice tray, food processor
OPTIONAL: Toppings such as freeze dried fruit powders, nuts or chocolate
Shake the can of coconut cream thoroughly
Pour contents into silicone ice tray and place in freezer for 2 hours or until completely frozen.
Remove silicon ice tray from freezer and release frozen coconut cubes into food processor. Add packet of Clean Mixes Salted Caramel to blender.
Blend until the mixture starts to soften slightly and starts to resemble the texture of ice cream (around 2 minutes).
Spoon into bowls or cones and top with what ever toppings you fancy!
This mix won't last in the freezer, you need to demolish the entire batch in one sitting 🍦🍦🍦🍦
