Salted Caramel Cookies


1 x Clean Mixes Salted Caramel Mix

1C almond meal

1 egg, whisked 

2 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp sweetener (we used rice malt syrup)

2 tsp baking powder 

1 tsp maca (optional) 

    1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a tray with baking paper
    2. In a bowl, add in the Salted Caramel mix along with the almond meal, baking powder and maca (if using). Mix.
    3. In a separate bowl, mix together all of your wet ingredients. Combine your wet and dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. 
    4. Separate your dough and shape into cookies. Place on your lined baking tray and bake for around 10 minutes or until golden. Allow to cook for 5 minutes.
